1 cup (250 mL) hot Milk
1 cup (250 mL) hot espresso or strong coffee
2 tsp (10 mL) sugar
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Grated semi-sweet chocolate
Whether skim, 1, 2 or 3.25% fat, milk provides essentially the same amount of vitamins and minerals.
- Combine hot milk, hot coffee, sugar and cinnamon in a blender container.
- Cover and blend at high speed for 10 sec or until frothy.
- Pour into cups and sprinkle with chocolate.
